All members of the Workplace Mental Health in LTC Community of Practice (CoP) are expected to maintain a professional relationship characterized by courtesy and mutual respect. This includes:
The responsibility to behave in a way that does not harm or threaten to harm another person’s physical or mental well-being;
The responsibility to uphold an atmosphere of civility, honesty, equity and respect for others, thereby valuing the inherent diversity in our community; and
The responsibility to consider and respect the perspectives and ideas of others, even when the user does not agree with those perspectives or ideas.
Members of the Workplace Mental Health in LTC CoP agree to:Respect privacy and confidentiality of individuals and organizations.
Use respectful, inclusive and appropriate language.
Create trust and contribute to a psychologically safe space for all membe
