Why do I need a user account?

Registering for a free user account is required to access all courses on the Ontario CLRI eLearning Hub. Your account enables you to track your progress, to pause and resume courses at any time, and to receive a personalized certificate for courses you complete (if a certificate is offered for that course).

Why doesn’t my email activation link work?

When you register for a user account on the Ontario CLRI eLearning Hub, you will receive an “Activate your account” email with a confirmation link:

If clicking the activation link doesn’t work, try one of the following options:

OPTION A

Copy the link from your email, paste it into the browser address bar, and hit Enter:

OPTION B

If clicking the activation link doesn’t work, you may see the following message:

The activation key is the string of numbers and letters at the end of the link in your confirmation email (everything after “key=”):

To activate your account, copy the activation key from your email, paste it into the box, and click “Activate”:

How do I change my password?

If you forget your password, use the Password Recovery feature to reset it. Go to the Login page and click the “Forgot Password?” link below the “Log In” button.

An email will be sent to your inbox.

Click on the reset link in the email:

Enter your new password, check the RECAPTCHA checkbox, and click the “Reset Password” button:

Why doesn’t the reset password link work?

If clicking on the reset password link doesn’t work, copy and paste the link from your email into your web browser address bar and hit “Enter.”
