Welcome!

Welcome to All-In Palliative Care: The Team Approach to LTC (All-In) training program! We are pleased that you are joining us for this program that supports residents and team members living and working in Ontario’s long term care homes.

The All-In Palliative Care training program consists of:

  • 3 prerequisite eLearning courses (20 minutes each)
  • 8-hour live in-person session, 8:30AM-4:30PM
  • Pre- and post-evaluation knowledge check

The eLearning courses and pre-evaluation knowledge check should be completed before your in-person training session. Your long-term care home should provide you with a printed copy of your Participant Toolkit.

Once you have completed the eLearning courses and attended the live training session, you will receive via email a copy of your Certificate of Completion. You will also be able to download the Certificate of Completion directly from this Group Page.

All-In is now accredited through the Canadian Nurses Association (CNA). The training has been through rigorous quality assessment. Participate in this training program to earn 9 CNA credits towards your continuing professional development.
