The PoET Southwest Spread Project team will present the exciting results of the PoET Southwest Spread Project (PSSP), which helps Ontario long term care homes align their habits, policies, and practices with Ontario’s Health Care Consent Act.

The results from PSSP suggest that this work holds promise for both long term care residents, and the health care system.

The program is aimed at giving people a sense of belonging and show that they are not alone in their grieving process.
